How to hit Wedges off Tight/Grainy Lies

I believe golf in Southwest Florida is difficult for number of reasons. To name a few: water, wind, and grainy grass. I've seen (and experienced) how grainy lies can wreak havoc on good players' chipping and pitching. Today, I'm going to share with you what I believe is a fool-proof method to hit these shots.
